Fakes and relabelled bottles exist. Here is how to check that what you received is original and came from us, before you use it.
1. Check where you bought it
Buy only from this website or from our official WhatsApp, +91 85908 84551. Be careful with listings that use copied photos, have an unusually low price, or give unclear seller details.
2. Inspect the pack
The bottle, carton, derma roller and outer parcel should be clean and sealed, and should match the photos on our product pages. Don't use anything that looks damaged, leaked, opened or relabelled.
3. Read the label
Before opening, check the product name, brand and importer details, the batch number, the expiry date and the usage instructions.
4. Ask us to verify it
Still unsure? Send us your order number or payment proof on WhatsApp, along with clear photos taken in good light of:
- the front and back of the carton
- the top seal and bottom label
- the full parcel as delivered
We will check them and reply before you use the product.
