Where we deliver
We ship to addresses within India only. We do not accept international orders.
Processing time
We pack orders within 1–2 working days of payment or COD confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode and the courier. Remote areas can take longer.
Shipping charges and cash on delivery
We confirm the final amount, including any delivery charge, on WhatsApp before you pay. Cash on delivery is available for serviceable pincodes at the COD price shown on each product.
Tracking
We share your tracking details by WhatsApp, SMS or email once your parcel ships.
Your address
Please give your complete address, the correct pincode and a phone number we can reach. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available, sending it again may cost extra.
Damaged or missing items
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Send your order number and photos, plus an unboxing video if you have one, and we will sort it out.
