When you order or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, pincode, the products you order and your payment confirmation. If you send photos for verification, we keep those too.
How we use it
We use these details only to confirm and deliver your order, provide support, process returns and refunds, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do its job: couriers (to deliver), payment providers (to process payment) and WhatsApp (as our messaging service). Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Website analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed. These analytics do not identify you personally.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. We delete verification photos once the query is resolved.
